- Assist clients with contractor selection from bid packages
- Negotiate reconstruction contracts and specifications

- Assist general contractor in selection of subcontractors and suppliers

- Negotiate and process change orders
- Review and approve or negotiate changes to progress payment requests
- Monitor compliance with job site safety and security rules
- Coordinate access to individual homes / units with owners and tenants
- Establish punch lists and ensure completion of all work
- Conduct final inspections with owners and contractor
- Attention to closing details including as-built plans and specifications
