SCC Management, Inc. doing business as Southwest Construction Consultants has two principals:
Skip Morgan is the responsible managing officer on our contractor’s license and has been involved in the construction industry throughout his working life. Skip also holds a Juris Doctor from University of California’s Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, and has many years of experience in construction and legal work.
Janis Smiley was a senior litigation paralegal for a major San Francisco law firm for many years. For the last several years, she has focused on the construction consulting field, specializing in coordinating construction defect investigations and renovation and repair projects when clear communications among homeowners, boards of directors, design professionals, consultants, and contractors are essential. Janis is also responsible for contract administration and insurance functions for our firm.
